Most impressively is the network and team she’s built up. The house we closed on has carpet in the bedrooms and we expressed wanting to replace that with hardwood and she has contractors that she’s worked with previously and highly recommend. We plan on selling our home with Renee once we move on and look forward to working with Renee and her team in the future!
Renee is an absolutely brilliant realtor! She was incredibly helpful, hardworking, and honest throughout the entire process of us buying a home. She knew the local market well and provided great insight about the neighborhoods we were interested in. She worked hard to find us our dream home by compiling metadata of our interests and wants for homes and then presenting us daily listings that met our preferences. When we were interested in a home, she’d not only visit the listing, but also film the walkthrough and was thorough in inspecting them with honest feedback. We're eternally grateful for all she's done and how kindhearted she's been as well.

Renee is absolutely fantastic! It's obvious she knows all the ins and outs of the real-estate market and is open and honest with her clients. She is incredibly nice and personable while also being focused on the needs of her client. When we found out our budget changed mid-home searching, she immediately offered to sit down with us at a coffee shop and look through all the new options we had available and was even able to schedule some new showings that same afternoon! She is also a military spouse and knows everything there is to know about the VA loan, PCSing, and the bases in the area. We highly recommend her and are definitely going to work with her again for our next move!
Lauren was spectacular. She made the process very easy and was super attentive to my needs and was always available to answer any and all questions. It was so easy that, at times, I thought it was a scam because everything went relatively smooth from the beginning. She never pressured me and works always point me in the right direction if I had a question that she couldn't answer. I highly recommend Lauren and the team she works with.
